No Customer Service!!
No customer service whatsoever, they made an error on the price of a basketballhoop, which I ordered. Instead of informing me that the price was wrong, I got a basketball delivered. When I pointed out that the wrong article was delivered, they quickly refunded me and told me I could order again, by that time the price of the basketballhoop was more than €60,- higher.
Reaching out to customer support got me nowhere, they couldn't do anything for me, since the refund was also done. The refund they initiated, I never asked for and now the only solution they offer me is to buy a new one for almost 3x the price.
This is an illegal activity which should be handled properly, but they simply refuse any kind of other solution.
First and last time I will buy anything from here!
