Accurate description of products sold which is a huge advantage for an online store. The telephone service is also very helpful, polite and professional, retrieving order information instantly and letting one know the status of their order in a few seconds. The only downside was that the tracking information for my order was not available on the webpage, hence my call to the customer service desk. Overall, a truly excellent service rendered!
