Ordered an expensive LV scarf, item shorter in reality than the dishonest photo showed. Rebelled refuse to refund, despite the photo being totally misleading and dishonest. Seem to think EU law doesn’t apply to them as they are a selling platform for others. Matter now with my credit card company.
