​If you purchased your item from a commercial vendor you are legally entitled to return the item within 14 days – it is indicated in your user account whether the seller of your item is a commercial vendor.

Due to customs charges please note that we can only grant the right of return to customers whose place of residence is within the EU.

Generally, if the item was bought from a private individual, you will not be able to return it. However, we would be glad to offer you the opportunity to sell the item again within 7 days after you received it - commission-free and without any fees.
