Gone off them
I originally liked them, then they hiked up the commission massively, while the checking seems to be erratic and often sends back items with not even an excuse, brand new items with tags as "not as described" is a bit meager.
Additionally the software has so many bugs, if you do not get notifications you can't send, apparently sometimes the system blocks their automatic notifications (as in sold, you usually only notice if you remove and item you don't get notified) this has to be resolved from their end, one of their guys, Florian told me, when it happened in the past, it was quickly resolved, so I sent them an email and somebody told me it doesn't matter, as I would still get the notification (NO I DON'T) so apparently she didn't know or was lying to me. I even went and asked on a forum if somebody could put a question on one of my items, which should result in a notification - NOTHING, so I am not getting notifications, if I sell something I can't send, if they try to charge me commission, I will take them to court for lost revenue, as they are always eager to threaten you with court action for lost commission. If they can't sort out their software and ignore you (or lie to you) when you let them know about a known problem, I am NOT paying for it!
I gravitated towards other platforms where they charge less commission, have actual customer service available and barely list my items on Rebelle, for me what gets paid out counts, if Rebelle charges a MASSIVE commission and has bad customer service, I have to take that in, so if I can list on another platform for a lower price with the same pay out, of course I will do that.
At one point they were my favorite option, now with the increased commission, worse and worse CS, the push to additionally pay for insurance, the price dumping, I'm increasingly turned off and as a result, favour Vestiaire, Joli and VideDressing, a better pay out, less hassle... Win win
