This service takes ages! As a buyer it is very painful: Rebelle takes ages to receive the item and to expertise it, their expertise is haircutting in 4, and then after say 3-4 weeks they cancel the sale because their experts found that there was something wrong ... no more information given. The buyer has no appeal!
And probably the seller neither. No price reduction is proposed as do other online 2nd-hand services.
Besides, the contact between seller and buyer are hermetically closed, all type of communication is monitored and controlled by Rebelle as if we were all criminals or in Kindergarten. You buy, you pay, you don't get! because of minor details that don't even matter to you!
