My favorite website of all times

For over 4 years I am a more than happy customer of Rebelle! Since then I bought myself a completely new wardrobe with beautiful desiner pieces and other high quality items.
I bought clothing, bags, belts, accessoiries as well as shoes so I can say I am pretty much alround when it comes to reviewing the site and their service. First of all I cannot relate to any of the negative reactions at all! The customer service is from day one splendid; always on top, always polite, its never to much to help out with pictures and suggestions and now that I moved from Berlin to Paris they still help me out with the deliveries. Their secured quality check is thourough and fair. If it doesnt seem to be as it is suggested they inform you properly and leave you your choice.
Yes I tried other suppliers of (vintage) designer items but I keep coming back for Rebelle. The pictures of the items on their website so much more clear and zoomable so you are always able to see if there are any noteworthy defects on the article. Payment goes fast and easy and refund just as quick. No complaints at all I can only highly recommend them. And yes I made myself some bad buys too, of course this is a learning proces in Vintage land, because I thought it would fit but it didn't or I had other expectations of the item. But the rules and regulations are clear, no hidden fauls.
And I am getting better at finding my gems. But for the ones with the sour grapes, just leave them, then the happy ones have more.
