The item you bought is a selfseller item. Selfseller items are still at the seller's home when you purchase them.
We also have a vast selection of items which are already in our stock and can be sent to you directly. These items are labelled as "ready to ship" on our website.

In your case the seller needs to ship the item to us first. As soon as your purchased item arrives at our warehouse, you will be informed. The item will then be checked and we will notify you again as soon as we ship it to you. You will then also receive tracking as a link in your shipping confirmation.

The seller gets reminded by us very regularly to send us the item.
