What a strange and so poor experience

In December I posted a Chanel Paris-Shanghai rare dress from 2010 on Rebelle, the dress was like new, but during dry cleaning 4 of the 11 buttons were lost. I posted this in my description on the Rebelle site. I had advertised the dress at 1400 and accepted an offer from the buyer for 1250 which left me with a net income of 890,50eur - despite this the dress continued to be advertised at 1400eur on the Rebelle site which I found strange. Also for me my dress and my description were not available anymore on rebelle.com
On Dec12 my dress was sold and Rebelle asked me to reserve it, only 5 days later, on Dec17 Rebelle sent me a shipping voucher. On Dec25 only the dress arrived at Rebelle, on Dec28 Rebelle refused my dress without further explanation and suggested to send it back. The same day Rebelle send back my dress and one of their customer-service assistants reported that the lining was torn and 4 buttons were missing. Jan4 the dress arrived at my address, 4 buttons missing as reported, no lining torn.
In this process I lost 18+4=22 days to receive an expertise on my dress that was "ridiculous" and intimidated the buyer to the extend that she did not want to buy my dress anymore. Needless to say that I need not to sell on rebellle.com again
But, this just for your perusal, I called Rebelle several times because I wanted to know what had happened. Regularly during these two calls, I was interrupted and I could not forward my plea, the customer-service assistants were very much on the defensive side and would not let me speak ...
