This site is the worst. I ordered a Pandora bracelet for 64€ that was available and after 4 days they send me an email to tell me that the item doesn’t exist. They don’t even have the item and don’t even know if it’s still available to have it on the site. Also they send me and email to tell me that they will refund me only the money for the bracelet and not for the shipping. I send them an email that’s this illegal and at least they refund me all the money I spent. Do not buy from here! There are so many reliable sites.

The item you bought is a selfseller item. Selfseller items are still with the seller when you purchase them. The usual delivery time for the seller is 1 - 2 weeks.
We also have a vast selection of items that we already have in stock and can be sent to you directly. These items are labeled as "ready to ship" in our webshop. Sometimes, as in your case, it can happen that the seller notices that the item is no longer available after the successful sale of their item.
You will of course be refunded the shipping costs for your cancelled order.
