I bought a backpack, which took quite some time to ship. It apperantly had arrived at the address I had given, but the address was the Bulgarian Post. So apperantly Bulgarian Post is the worst postal service ever, and they never send any text messages to anybody, never sort or manage their parcels, so when I asked them 5 times if I had something and gave them literally all the details, they just said that nothing has ever came there. The backpack apperantly was sitting in the room next to us all the time...... Not the companies fault that they are lazy. The parcel was sent back to the original company, and after I found out that it was being returned, I messaged them to resend it and they did so. I am now waiting for it to arive agaian, with a new tracking number, and am very satisfied with the customer support of this company. This time I know what to do at the bulgarian post and how to handle them, as last time I was a bit more aggresive and they apperantly found 6 more parcels that I had been waiting for since 4 months........... Some people are pathetic.
