Da deutsch nicht meine Muttersprache ist, tue much besser in english ausdrücken:

I jumped to your page ´cos I searched for ayurveda holiday and the page and everything is done very well. I wanted to book straight online with credit card but I saw you offer only hotel , no transfer or as a "Pauschaulurlaub". That´s why I didn´t hesitate and called Frau Beres to ask how to book the transfer ( which was offered as a option ) by phone call. She told me I should write her e-mail with my demands which I did same day and explained I would like to receive offer for hotel price plus airport transfer and also flight plus transfer plus hotel. It took some time till I received some answer and she practically sent me the same as I could book straight online - only hotel stay. After as I explained again what I want it took again couple days and the price increased in between....After I confirmed straight the offer I was told that Frau Beres is on holiday and the offer is not available anymore. Frau Forg took all into her hands and reacted very quick with new offer which I confirmed, she acted very proffesional and quick, I am very thankful for her help. Looking forward to fly in November to Sri Lanka.
