A broken item

On receiving my order, which i was delighted with, unfortunately one of the items was broken. So i wrote an Email, to customer service, in which i has a quick reply, stating that they will send me an replacement, .
i will be using your firm again, very professional, helpful, and wonderful goods. So i give 5 stars,for product and 5 stars for customer service,.
