4 months no delivery, order cancel without proper answer
I placed my order since Jan 28th when the item showed in their website "available". Then I been inform there have delay, and long delay ... until early this mth I found the item I ordered ( which they claimed out of stock ) are selling on their website with higher price. I sent many email to follow the status of my order, there is NO reply at all. Until I raised my complain under Hygi.de facebook, then I found out there have many complain which similar as mine. After I made my complain in public , the NEXT day I got the reply from Hygi.de , they claimed product currently online are not the same item as I ordered, however when I asked further whats the different ( as brand , product description is same ), then is not reply again.
From Jan 28th I placed the order till they cancel my order May 25th yesterday with reason " cannot give an exact delivery date so we decided to cancel your order" ... yes you should cancel my order, maybe in the 1st week or 1st month. But not after 4mths after I made my complains in public.
I gave my shopping review under trustpilot and I wish I can choose ZERO instead of 1 here.
