I've been waiting my goods for about 7 weeks by now
Dear hygi team,
We ordered the items on 8th Mar and it said will take 3-4 weeks for delivery. I have been patiently waiting for this 7 weeks by now. However, I sent the email for request of delivery date, I only got the auto-reply from you like other customers. Even all the customers here try to understand this situation for being delayed delivery but your company is so irresponsible how to handle this situation.
Paid 7 weeks ago, nothing gets so far, how does it make sense??
