Never received the product I ordered
When I made the order, it showed I will receive in 3-5 days.
However, after one week, the status is still the same "Ist freigegeben". There were no progress at all.
I need my order in urgent, after writing to the customer service. I got the response "Due to this situation it is also unfortunately not possible for us to inform you about a short-term dispatch of your order at the moment and can only give you an estimated and not guaranteed availability within approx. two to twelve weeks.".
In additional, I wrote the email in English but got the response in German. I call the customer center, they aren't able to speak English.

Dear customer,
The delivery times in our shop were based on stock levels and average values of previous orders. If there is specified a delivery time of 1-2 days, this was based on values from the past under normal conditions. In the meantime we have corrected this because we are currently in an exceptional situation due to the corona virus. Unfortunately, we have to ask for your understanding that we are currently simply unable to comply with this information.
Our order acceptance and debit payment also happen automatically, so it may happen that your order is accepted, although at the time there are not enough items in stock due to the exceptional circumstances, the principle here is: "first come, first serve."
Due to the disproportionately high volume of orders for certain items such as mouthguards, protective goggles and protective suits, it is therefore unfortunately the case that we cannot process all orders, since both we and our suppliers have only limited capacities.
If you want to cancel your order because of the late delivery, you can either do this via your customer account or contact our customer service so that you get your payment back as soon as possible.
