I ordered 30/3/20 and received UNGER-goods, goods that were sent to somebody else before inside the delivery note from the former customer and worse, a deviating content from what originally used to be in that box, different from what i ordered. All the rest of the delivery is also unusable because nothing fits.
Sent last weeks several emails but never answer from Hygi, just the automatic standard mail like all the other victims, also impossible to contact Hygi bij phone ...
Unusual times now, sure, but Hygi uses this as an excuse for total unacceptable practice, also sure.
