Terrible
Promised delivery date was 16th of june. I tried to call customer service 3 times, got them once on the phone but online spoke german so she just hang up the phone. While i was talking to her in a friendly manner. Send 4 e-mails but didn't get even one reply and still waiting on my order. Probably have to cancel a booking of 1500€ due to the poor delivery and nog keeping their promisses.
