Wheelchair rental assistance

Hello.

My name is Bill and I was at the center for a shopping visit today. I have autism, incontinence and a medical condition that means that I get tired very easily.

I used the wheelchair rental service and it worked out well. I have used it before and my second experience was exactly as good as the first one. The staff were very friendly and gentle and I had the wheelchair within a couple minutes of asking. I had a little emergency in the disabled toilet while I was changing my nappy and I needed help to stand up and sit on the toilet. I want to say that the cleaning staff were there to help me and they were very supportive. I had a great time with you today and I am very grateful to have been able to use the wheelchair service today. I’m a very happy customer and I am looking forward to my next visit. Hopefully I will be able to manage the next time without the wheelchair. Thank you so much.
