no communication after bag was deliverd
On the day I received the bag, the color turned out not to match and I immediately requested to exchange the bag for a different color at the attached email address and the previous email address with which I communicated. No response after 14 days (not even in SPAM) folder. Bag still neatly wrapped in plastic.
