PACCO NON ANCORA SPEDITO DOPO 18 GIORNI

Ho effettuato un ordine il 20/08/2018. Il pacco doveva essere spedito subito e arrivare (con spedizione assicurata, pagata 14 Euro) entro 2 giorni in Italia. Ad oggi 07/09/2018 il pacco non risulta ancora spedito (ma ovviamente io l'ho già pagato). Ho un numero di tracking DHL ma contattando il DHL.de questo mi risponde così " Unfotunately we only have received the electronic shipment data from the sender. This usually means that the parcel has not been handed over to DHL yet. Please contact the sender accordingly.".
Ho tentato in tutti i modi di contattare myBagFactory (mail, facebook, Tel) ma non mi hanno MAI risposto!!!
