My order hadn't arrived after 2 weeks. It took Yulo a while to get back to me once I contacted them via phone and e-mail. It took almost 3 weeks until they could tell me what went wrong. Once the package came it was barely held together by tape and I was lucky that the content hadn't fallen out. This doesn't give me trust in the company.
