Kundenfreundlich, Kompetent und das seit Jahren gleichbleibend !!!
Seit über 7 Jahren bin ich überzeugter Alfahosting Kunde - ohne Viren Probleme in all den Jahren. Spam Mail Filterung TOP und der telefonische Support - auch in der Nacht - immer herzlich und bemüht. Kann ich nur empfehlen: viel viel Leistung zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Für meine Firma kommt nur Alfahosting als Partner in Frage

super toller Service. Hat mir schon mehrmals geholfen. Fragen werden innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet und Probleme gelöst. Kann den Hoster nur weiter empfehlen.

Überaus hilfsbereiter Kundendienst! Mit Tips, Ratschlägen und Hilfestellungen wird nicht gespart, im Gegenteil! Antworten auf Fragen kommen unverzüglich, kaum Wartezeit. Alles toll!

Hilfe beim WebSpell
Den Support von Alfahosting.de kann ich nur empfehlen da ich meine Webseite ins Nirwana geschickt hatte musste ich WebSpell neu Installieren und bin leider Gescheitert.
Der Support war Sehr Freundlich und kompetent die beiden Herren die sich meinen Fragen angenommen hatten waren auch nach längeren hin und her schreiben nicht müde auf meine Fragen Höflich und Professionell einzugehen Hut ab so einen Support wünscht man sich .

Schnelle Hilfe vom Profi
Unix-Probleme stellen für Windows-Nutzer öfters ein Problem dar. Hier stand ein Profi bereit, der sofort wußte wo das Problem lag und noch während des Telefongesprächs für eine Lösung sorgte. Super. Auch die anschließende Aufforderung, sich mit Problemen sofort zu melden und nicht selbst lange nach einer Lösung zu suchen fand ich vorbildhaft. Lob für hervoragenden, schnellen und kompetenten Service.

Super Service - Keine Worthülse !!
Bin seit einigen Jahren Kunde. Was der Support von Alfahosting leistet ist einfach gesagt "SUUUPER",
Gestern nach 23 Uhr noch Probleme angesprochen, wurde vom Support, nach Bitte, sofort selber gelöst.
