Sehr gute technische Unterstützung und Kundenservice.
Wir haben seit über 10 Jahren mehrere Pakete und Domains bei Alfahosting.
Der technische Support ist sehr professionell und sehr schnell, ebenso wie der Kundenservice.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit ihrem Service.

Einige ich bin jetzt ungefähr ca. 10 Jahre aber Alfahosting und bin absolut zufrieden mit dieser Firma! Es wird immer schnellstens auf Problemfälle per E-Mail geantwortet, auch bei Telefongesprächen mit Alfahosting Beruhigung erreichte ich in kürzester Zeit! Preisleistung ist o. k. kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Top Support
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Alfa Hosting. Der Support ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet meistens innerhalb weniger Minuten, auch am Wochenende und an Feiertagen. Die Probleme und Herausforderungen werden so im Handumdrehen gelöst, was das Arbeiten sehr effektiv macht!

Ich bin nun schon seit über zehn Jahren bei der Firma Alfa Hosting. Ich kann einfach nur sagen, das ist der beste in Deutschland. Systeme laufen immer, haben fast nie Probleme. Falls Probleme sind, ist es rasant über das Support-System gelöst....

Selten so einen guten Support erlebt
Der Support ist schnell, freundlich und sehr kompetent. Nein - ich bekomme nichts dafür, dass ich das schreibe. Ich war vorher bei einem anderen Webhoster und habe ganz andere Erfahrungen gemacht.

Fragen zu den Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wurden ausführlich und schnell beantwortet. Z.B. warum bei einem "New Device" ein zusätzlicher Code erforderlich ist und wie man das abstellen kann.

Super Hosting, genialer Service!
Ich bin jetzt seit 2003 bei Alfahosting. Jedes mal wenn ich eine Frage habe, wird prompt geantwortet und man bekommt eine perfekte Lösung.
Auch Nachts, an Sonn und Feiertagen wartet man nicht lange auf eine passende Lösung.
Der Service ist wirklich TOP.
Es gab noch nie technische Probleme, Updates werden immer nachts eingespielt und lange vorher angekündigt.
