Kulanzentscheidung gehören ganz klar zum Tagesgeschäft. Sicherlich können wir nicht in jedem Fall auf vertragliche Vereinbarungen verzichten, doch in der Regel finden wir immer eine einvernehmliche Lösung. Und wenn der Kulanzrahmen unserer Kundenbetreuer einmal erschöpft ist,sich Unzufriedenheit breit macht, kann man sich gerne direkt an [email protected] wenden. Dort finden Kollegen vom Beschwerdemanagement immer einen Weg!
