Unschlagbarer Service - einfach SUPER
Freitag Abend und es funktioniert kein E-Mail-Versand ... um 18:40 ein Ticket an das Supportteam ... um 20:57 eine Antwort vom Supportteam mit sehr genauer Beschreibung der möglichen Ursachen. Der Tipp mit dem Speedport war dann auch die Lösung.

Das nenne ich Service! Ich bin begeistert von Alfahosting!

Hallo Alfas,

technisch bin ich doch eine Null. herr Krieg hat sich wieder einmal nicht aus der Ruhe bringen lassen. Er weiß ja schon: Bei mir muss er wie für Kindergartenkinder reden!
Und: Er tut das auch.
Er ist freundlich, verständlich und ruhig.
So kriege ich sogar nach einem Hackerangriff alles in den Griff.
Weiter so!
