Alphahosting - Schnell und gut
Ich hatte nicht im Auge behalten, dass der gebuchte Speicherplatz für meine Website aufgebraucht war. Meine Anfrage an einem Sonntag (18:30 Uhr) wurde noch am gleichen Tag (19:15 Uhr) beantwortet - und das auch noch zufriedenstellend. So wünsche ich mir Dienstleistungsqualität.

Schnelle, Freundliche Service
Ich bin nun seit über 2 Jahren bei Alfahosting. Bei jede Support Anfrage kam eine gute Lösung immer spätenstens nach 1 Arbeitstag. Die Mitarbeiter der Telefonsupport sind meiner Meinung nach sehr kompetent und haben bis jetzt meine Probleme sehr professionel und freundlich zur Seite gestanden und eine zufriedenstellende Lösung gebracht. Bisher sehr zufrieden und würde Alfahosting wirklich weiterempfehlen.
