alfahosting.de Umzug in Lichtgeschwindigkeit
Ich bin (zum Glück) beim Providerwechsel auf alfahosting.de gestossen, Die Portierung, Einrichtung der Webseite und der Mailkonten waren in sagen und schreibe knapp 2 Stunden nach Eingabe des Authcodes erledigt. Alle Anfragen wurden superfreundlich, kompetent und schnell erledigt. Wartezeiten fast null. Ganz dickes Lob.

Echt toller Service! :-)
Wirklich guter Service! Bei einer Supportanfrage antworten sie immer innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. Der Support hat mir bei der Google PageSpeed Optimierung geholfen, ich musste eigentlich nichts weiter machen, außer meine URL nennen. Später hatte ich dann 20 Punkte mehr bei Google PageSpeed Insights! Das nenne ich Support! :-)

das kennt man von der Konkurrenz ganz anders. Hier endlich mal KEIN call center. sondern kompetente Mitarbeiter, die freundlich sind und sich zeit nehmen! :)

Ich hatte schon viele Provider - seit 1986 - aber bei Alfahosting.de bin ich wirklich angenehm´st überrascht vom extrem schnellen Kontakt und der unkomplizierten Hilfestellung !

Super schneller und netter Support
Mir wurde im Support von Alfahosting sofort (nach wenigen Minuten) geholfen und dass obwohl ich zuvor mein Anliegen im Supportcenter nicht als sehr dringlich sonder als "mittel" eingestuft hatte! Durch das Ticketsystem hatte ich auch immer den selben Ansprechpartner, was echt super war. Ich hatte mich zuvor geistig schon auf Nervtötendes - wie ewige Telefonschleifen und am Ende ist man so schlau wie zuvor - eingestellt, wie ich es zum Beispiel von Telefonanbietern kenne, wenn man mal ein technisches Problem hat.
Toll finde ich auch, dass ich als Weblaie nun keine Angst haben brauche "zu dumm" fürs Web zu sein.

Zugegeben es war mitten in der Nacht und da sind die Anfragen wohl nicht allzu zahlreich. Aber wenn um Mitternacht noch zwei Anfragen innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet und die Probleme aktiv erledigt werden, spricht das doch irgendwie für sich. Danke!
