Guter Support und schnelle Lieferung
Ich hatte zuerst leider vier falsche Reifen bestellt, habe den Support angeschrieben und gleich storniert. Auf meine Mail hat sich gleich jemand gemeldet, am nächsten Tag gab es dann die Stornierungsbestätigung. Habe dann die richtigen Reifen bestellt und wurde vom Support, ohne mein Zutun, angeschrieben, ob die Beträge aus den beiden Bestellungen verrechnet werden sollen, oder ob der bereits bezahlte Betrag zurücküberwiesen werden soll. Die Reifen kamen nach fünf Werktagen.
