Im Wesentlichen zufrieden !
Im Wesentlichen zufrieden ! Bestellung, Kommunikation und Ware alles fein, aber der Dienstleister dpd war schlecht in der Aulieferungskommunikation ( Retoure zum Consignor) führte zu Hektik und Aufwand, kam dann aber doch 1 Tag später per 2.Anfahrt....

Entgegen der Anküdigung bei der Bestellung lange Lieferzeit und keine Reaktion auf Nachfragen
Ich kann die Firma nicht weiterempfehlen, da die Lieferung ca. 10 Tage gedauert hat und nicht 3, wie bei der Bestellung angekündigt.
Ich erhielt zwar schnell die Sendungsverfolgung über DPD, aber dort hat sich tagelang nichts getan, der Status der elektronischen Ankündigung änderte sich nicht.

Ich habe dann nach einigen Tagen zunächst die Firma per Mail angeschrieben, erhielt jedoch keinerlei Reaktion.
Dann habe ich ermittelt, dass die Reifen aus Holland verschickt werden und habe den dortigen Reifengroßhänder Van den Ban angeschrieben.
Von dort erhielt ich auch prompt eine Antwort, dass DPD zeitlich im Verzug sei und der "Stau" langsam abgearbeitet werde.

Letzten Endes kamen die Reifen nach ca. 11 Tagen.
Die Reifen an sich waren tadellos, aber aufgrund der v.g. Erfahrungen kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben.

Komunikation könnte besser sein. Lieferung war flott.
Bestellt geliefert...... allerdings Telefon endlose warteschleife... email... wurde beantwortet. Preis unschlagbar

Schon mehrmals bestellt, TOP
Lieferung immer zuverlässig, im Preisvergleich immer die günstigsten Reifen (kaufe nur Premium Dunlop, Conti etc.)
Aktuelle Produktionsdatums, keine alten Reifen

reifen ok lieferung unmöglich
die reifen sind vollkommen in ordnung ohne jeden markel 5sterne aber die lieferung ist mit null sterne zu bewerten die reifen wurden auf der strasse abgeladen ohne benachritigung das grundstück war freizugängllich keine benachrichtigung wenn ich sie nicht durch zufall gesehen hätte dann wären sie über nacht besrimmt weg gewesen so kann man nicht liefern!!!!!! darum nur 3 sterne leider

Ich habe Hankook Ventus S1 evo3 225/35 R 19 bestellt, die Reifen sind bereits montiert und ich bin Top zufrieden, die Lieferzeit war auch kurzfristig. Also meine absolute Empfehlung
