Super Engagement - Sehr gut organisiert
Wir sind seit einem Jahr Kunde bei den Bürgerwerken. Wir bekommen Informationen über den regenerativen Strommarkt, können Fragen stellen, und haben auch schon persönliche Gespräche geführt anlässlich präziser Fragen.
Der Kontakt ist jederzeit angenehm, die Abwicklung klappt tip top via Internet. Das Engagement ist überdurchschnittlich. Wir können diesen Anbieter ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

Bürgerwerke in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend
Die Bürgerwerke beziehen ihre feilgebotene Elektrizität ausschließlich aus ökologischen Kraftwerken, die ausschließlich von örtlichen Energiegenossenschaften betrieben werden, keinerlei ´GreenWashing´.
Und an diesen örtlichen Energiegenossenschaften kann man sich mit einem Geschäftsguthaben beteiligen und erhält dafür teilweise auch noch eine Dividende.
Und die Mitarbeiter der Bürgerwerke sind gut informierte, engagierte junge Menschen, die aufrichtig und authentisch mit Interessenten und Kunden umgehen; demzufolge ist es auch noch sehr angenehm, Kunde der Bürgerwerke zu sein.
Und der Strompreis der Bürgerwerke gibt sich im Vergleich zu meinen Stadtwerken nichts, der Preis ist in Ordnung und angemessen.

Problemloser Wechsel. Habe auch gleich im Folgejahr eine Reduktion der Vorauszahlung bekommen und mich riesig gefreut!

Eine meiner besten Entscheidungen ...
... zu den Bürgerwerken zu wechseln. Freundlich, aufmerksam war schon der Empfang. Das Team gab mir das Gefühl, mehr als ein Kunde zu sein, nämlich Teil einer engagierten Gemeinschaft, die den großen Stromkonzernen etwas entgegenzusetzen hat. Auch nach einem Jahr Zugehörigkeit hat sich nichts an meinem Eindruck geändert. Wirklich empfehlenswert ... ach ja, und der grüne Strom ist absolut bezahlbar ;-)
