Stromanbieter mit Herz
Mir war es wichtig, dass ich mit meinem Strombezug die richtigen unterstütze. Bei den Bürgerwerken hab ich das Gefühl, dass es so ist.
Preisanpassungen waren da, wie bei allen anderen auch, wurde immer gut erklärt und war für mich gut machbar. Einmal hatte ich eine Frage zu einer Abrechnung, das wurde mir super erklärt.
Also: Empfehlung!

Ökologisch und bürgernah - da macht man gerne mit
Als Mitglied einer der beteiligten Energiegenossenschaften ist es nahezu "Bürgerpflicht", sich über die Bürgerwerke versorgen zu lassen, selbst wenn man (gerne) etwas mehr zahlt - dafür ist es wirklich "100% Öko", sowohl bei Strom als auch bei Gas. Betreuung und Erreichbarkeit sind sehr gut, nur bei den Preisgarantien würde ich mir noch etwas mehr (längerfristige) Perspektive als manchmal wenige Wochen wünschen.

Die aktuelle Preisgarantie für Bestandskund:innen gilt bis zum 30.04.2024. Neukund:innen können bereits seit kurzem Verträge mit einer Preisgarantie bis Ende 2024 abschließen – alle unsere Bestandskund:innen, also auch Sie, erhalten im Laufe der Woche ein Schreiben mit Informationen zu den neuen Preisen ab Mai, die dann ebenfalls eine Preisgarantie bis 31.12.2024 haben.

Hallo zusammen,
ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Bürgerwerke. Bisher lief alles reibungslos. Man kam von sich aus bei Änderungen auf mich zu und ich musste dem nicht hinterherlaufen. Z.B. bei der Strompreisbremse.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Ich beziehe seit 2 Jahren Ökogas von den Bürgerwerken und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service, der Informationspolitik und Kommunikation sowie der Philosophie des gesamten „Unternehmens“. Ich hatte bisher nie Probleme oder war unzufrieden, daher kann ich Bürgerwerke voll umfänglich empfehlen.
