Notarrechnung
Sehr geehrter Herr Rechtsanwalt,

Ihr Rat und mein Widerspruch beim Notar haben dazu geführt, dass der Notar seine Rechnung auf 900 €, also um 600 €, reduziert hat. Er hatte mich noch angerufen, um "mir meine Situation" zu erklären bzw. mich unter Druck zu setzen, den Widerspruch zurückzuziehen. Er sagte, er müsse den Sachverhalt der Notarkammer melden, er wisse nicht, wie er die Rechnung ändern könne. Ich sagte ihm, dass ich sofort das Gleiche tun würde. Meine Frau baute ihm aufgrund Ihres Schreibens die Brücke, nämlich dass der Geschäftswert nur die Hälfte, also 375.000 € sei. Seine Kollegen haben ihn wohl auch dahin gehend beeinflusst, sich wie ein hanseatischer Kaufmann, also auf lange Sicht fürs Geschäft, zu verhalten.

Erfolg im zweiten Anlauf
Ich muß vorrausschicken: mein Problem war knifflig und genau im Grenzbereich zwischen Erbrecht und Sozialrecht angesiedelt.
Beim ersten Anruf konnte mir der Anwalt meine Frage nicht beantworten, daher wurde ich weitergeleitet zu einer sehr netten Dame, die sich leider in dieser Sache gar nicht auskannte.
Beim zweiten Anruf konnte mir Herr Schulze dann aber recht genau die Problematik aufzeigen und mich umfassend informieren.
Fazit: innerhalb von 15 Minuten war ich in der Lage, einen teuren Fehler zu vermeiden und wir haben eine gute Lösung gefunden.

sooo eine super Beratung !!!!
von Frau Block kommen in kniffeligen Fällen keine Schnell-Schüsse übers Beratungstelefon. Sie hat sich die Zeit ganommen, extra nochmal zu recherchieren und mich dann mit dem Ergebnis anzurufen.
Das ist für mich zwar nicht so toll ausgefallen, aber was für ein Glück, dass sie mir das im Vorfeld schon sagte!
So eine freundliche Frau, die sich so viel Mühe gibt!!!
Ich hab mich sehr, sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
