Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag wegen Nichterhalt der Ware
Anwalt ist mit mir den Vorgang durchgegangen und hat das Unternehmen überprüft. Bekam eine gute Beratung, wie ich weiter vorgehen soll, was die Firma eigentlich hätte tun dürfen und was sie nicht hätte tun dürfen. Wie meine Chancen stehen auf den Erhalt der Ware bzw. auf den Erhalt meines Geldes. Und auch was das für eine Firma ist.
Sehr gute Beratung. Weiter so

Nebenkostenerhöhung
mir wurde gestern eine Nebenkostenerhöhung von 25,-- Euro mitgeteilt.
Nach dem Telefonat mit Frau Rechtsanwältin Gödecke besteht keine Rechtsgrundlage für diese Erhöhung.
Vielen Dank liebe Frau Gödecke für das kompetente und sehr aufbauende Gespräch. Jetzt kann ich wieder gut schlafen

Einfach klasse!
Leider ist mein Namensgedächtnis mieserabel, so dass ich den Anwalt nicht mehr benennen kann. Ich bin aber sehr zufrieden und auch für Fragen zu meinem Verständnis wurde sehr gut eingegangen.

Mein Rechtsanwalt hat mich schlecht beraten- ich fordere bei seiner Haftpflicht Schadensersatz.
Ihr Anwalt hat mich auf den Werk- und Dienstvertrag aufmerksam gemacht und ich sollte eine Frist angeben.

Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag nach 2. Gewährleistung
Die Erklärung duch den Anwalt war mir etwas zu wage und er hat auch lange gebraucht um auf seine Lösung zu kommen. Und ich bin mir immer noch etwas unsicher ob es sich hier um die Rechtslage handelt. Werde weiter recherchieren.

Frau Schulze konnte mir zu einer WEG- bzw. Wohnungsgebrauchsfrage die rechtlichen Tendenzen aufzeigen, so dass ich in der Sache weiß, wie man sich am besten schrittweise verhält, um ungewollte Einschränkungen so weit wie möglich zu vermeiden. FRAGE an die IT: warum fragt das Bewertungsportal nicht, um welchen Anwalt es sich gehandelt hat???
