Fragen zum Arbeitsrecht-Kündigungsschutz..
Meine Frage bezog sich auf Kündigungszeit, hier gilt für mich die gesetzliche, und wie stelle ich die Kündigung zu, wenn der Arbeitgeber im Urlaub ist. Diese Fragen wurden mir zügig und konkret beantwortet, vieln Dank Frau Rechtsanwältin Bröker.

RA Böckhaus
Herr RA Böckhaus hat schnell durchschaut, was in meinem Fall so alles "gemauschelt" wird und hat anders als viele Anwälte die Sache auch beim Namen genannt. Von der "Sache mit der Krähe" scheint er nicht infiziert zu sein.

Handwerkerrechnung Fussbodenheizung defekt
Fussbodenheizung seit der Badezimmerrenovierung vor ca 2 Jahren defekt. Bei der Reparatur wurde festgestellt, dass die Heizungsmatte vom Klempner unter d. Abflußrohr eingeklemmt war. RA Görg hat mir hier sehr weitergeholfen.
