Mir fehlt jedoch der Zusammenhang zwischen Zinsen und der Wertsteigerung des Objektes
Es ist OK mit 5 bis 6 % Zinsen zu rechnen, aber die Genussscheine partizipieren nicht an der Immobilien Wertsteigerung
Daher ist das Investment mit Risiko nur ein maximaler Inflationsausgleich mit 1 bis 2% Gewinn

Die Inhalte des Webinars haben mich weitestgehend abgeholt.
Termin, Länge sowie Folienaufbau waren gut gewählt/gestaltet.

Gefehlt hat mir eine Beispielrechnung und/oder Beispiel Ablauf nach Kaufentscheidung:

Was ist zu tuen --> ToDos bis zum Beginn Zinslauf
Wann beginnt der Zinslauf?
Sind die Genussrechte vor Laufzeitende veräußerbar?
Gibt es dafür einen Markplatz? (Beispiel Exporo + Bergfürst)
Wenn nein ist so etwas in der Art geplant?
Gibt es die Möglichkeit eines Freistellungsauftrages?

Neben der Mail zur Bewertung eine Mail mit Beispielworkflow und Ansprechpartner (Kontaktdaten)

... fühle ich mich sehr gut informiert...
Nach telefonischer sowie webbasierter Beratung von Herrn Mirko Krämer über die verschiedenen Anlageformen der Ertragmaximierer und darüber hinaus nach Teilnahme am heutigen Webinar von Herrn Dennis Michels zum Thema "Cashflow" fühle ich mich sehr gut informiert über die Möglichkeiten einer optimalen Kapitalanlage und werde demzufolge in der kommenden Woche die Cashflow-Variante in Form des Erwerbs von Genussrechten des Immobilienunternehmens "DEGAG" in Anspruch nehmen.
Ein Termin mit Herrn Krämer zur Abwicklung der Modalitäten ist bereits vereinbart.

Die Präsentation war gut,...
Die Präsentation war gut, die Risiken waren nicht so deutlich genannt und die Unterlagen, 2 Broschüren habe ich nicht geschafft runterzuladen, die waren zu schnell ausgeblendet.

Gute Präsentation,...
Gute Präsentation, gutes Verkaufsargument mit den 10 bzw.20 %,die allerdings im Antrag nicht ausgewiesen sind.
Zu den Erfahrungen und zur Weiterempfehlung kann ich jetzt noch nichts sagen, das kommt also noch.
