SofortentschÀdigung bei FlugverspÀtung
Da mein RĂŒckflug von Burgas nach Leipzig mehrere Stunden VerspĂ€tung hatte und mir somit eine EntschĂ€digung von 400 Euro zustand,wandte ich mich an EUflight.Am 21.Juni nahm ich Kontakt auf und am 25.Juni hatte ich die SofortentschĂ€digung auf meinem Konto.Der Kontakt erfolgte per Email,war aber sehr unkompliziert.Es wurde auch jederzeit Hilfe angeboten,wenn man Hilfe braucht oder Fragen hat.

Perfekt und unkompliziert
Die zahlungspflichtige Fluggesellschaft in Estland hat nicht mehr auf meine Emails reagiert. EUflight hat mir die zustehende Summe minus 1/3 fĂŒr ihr Risiko und den Aufwand sofort ĂŒberwiesen. Danke und gerne wieder.

Super schnell und unkompliziert. Ergebnis wird direkt mitgeteilt.Man muss keine drei vier Monate mehr warten bis das Geld auf dem Konto ankommt. Nach zwei Arbeitstagen war Geld schon da.Gerne wieder.

Streik bei Lufthansa
Wegen eines Streiks bei Lufthansa wurde unser Flug annuliert und ein Ersatzflug angeboten. Dieser kam fĂŒr nicht in Frage. Da Lufthansa ĂŒber die Erstattung des Flugpreises hinaus keine EntschĂ€digung zahlen wollte haben wir uns an EUflight gewandt. Da wir nach EU Recht einen Anspruch auf EntschĂ€digung hatten bekamen wir von EUflight innerhalb von 24 Stunden eine EntschĂ€digung. EUflight zahlt sofort, wir sind mit dem Service sehr zufrieden.

Schnell und unkompliziert
Wir hatten eine VerspĂ€tung eines Fluges von Istanbul nach Phuket. Als wir wieder zu Hause waren haben wir bei der Airline die EntschĂ€digung beantragt. Es hat ein Jahr gedauert und es ist nichts passiert außer ein paar lĂ€cherlichen Flugmeilen die sie uns angeboten haben. Dann habe ich mich an eu-flight gewandt. Nach Einreichung der Unterlagen: reisebestĂ€tigung flugtickets... Bekam ich sofort eine Antwort.
Meine persönlichen Daten und die kontonummer wurde noch benötigt.
AbtretungserklÀrung unterschrieben und am nÀchsten Tag hatte ich mein Geld.
Meine Freundin und ich haben jeder das bekommen was uns laut Gesetz zusteht. Die Provision von eu-flight fand ich mehr als gerechtfertigt und auch völlig berechtigt. Schließlich erkĂ€mpft sich eu-flat jetzt das Geld und ich habe es ohne Stress auf meinem Konto. Sollte ich noch mals bei einem Flug Ärger bekommen sind sie meine erste Wahl. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr.
