Wunderbar
Mein Flug hatte 30 Stunden verspätet, aber ich bin zufällig auf ein Angebot von EUfligt gestoßen und konnte es kaum glauben, dass sie mir den Schaden in weniger als zwei Tagen erstattet haben. Ehrlich gesagt, es ist unglaublich, und ich danke ihnen nicht für das Geld, sondern für ihren Einsatz und ihre harte Arbeit. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Unser Flug von Tiflis nach Düsseldorf
Unser Flug von Tiflis nach Düsseldorf war 3h und 2min zu spät und wir mussten von Köln nach Düsseldorf mit Bussen gebracht werden, weil der Flug umgeleitet wurde. EUflight hat den Fall innerhalb eines Tages geprüft und am nächsten Tag hatten wir unsere Entschädigung von 1066 EUR für 3 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Man muss zwar 33% als Provision abtreten (normalerweise wären es 1600 EUR gewesen), aber dafür hat man sein Geld sofort und muss sich nicht mit der Airline auseinandersetzen. Absolut Top! 🙂

Nach der Stornierung unseres Fluges von Ryanair gab es keine oder nur ausflüchtige Antworten von Ryanair zu unseren Entschädigungsansprüchen. Nachdem wir EUFlight eingeschaltet hatten, war das Problem in wenigen Tagen zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Danke für den tollen Service.

Super schnelle Bearbeitung.
