Vorgang #166621 "2 Macbooks sollen..." - NIE WIEDER MIT DENEN!
Nachdem unser 1. Termin vor 2-3 wochen geplatzt ist, da der Consultant, erst 30 Minuten zu spät angerufen und dann nach 2 Minuten aufgelegt hat, meldet sich heute unverhofft mal wieder jemand. ... Vielleicht hätte man ja vorher einen Termin abstimmen können.

Andreas kam aus der Windows Welt und kannte sich mit MAC nicht aus.
Daher ist das Problem auch nicht gelöst und wir haben uns 2 x 30 Minuten angenähert, bei der ich z. größten Teil die logische Argumentation beigesteuert habe und probiere jetzt wieder allein alle möglichen Software update etc. allein aus.

Und ganz dringend schafft Euch eine marktübliche, bekannte und vertrauenswürdige Fernwartungssoftware an. Es ist schon ein Wahnsinns Vertrauensbeweis dass ich einen Fremden (auch das erfährt man nicht auf Eurer Website, sondern erst vom Berater selbst) auf meinen Rechner lasse und dann kommt ihr mit so einer Frickel Software um die Ecke.

AM ENDE HABE ICH MICH NUR GEÄRGERT UND BIN NICHT BEREIT FÜR DIESE LEISTUNG ZU BEZAHLEN.

Windows 10 war "zerschossen"
Absolut überzeugende schnelle Hilfe, sympathisches Gespräch. Nebenbei wurde noch Malware entfernt.
Diese Adresse merke ich mir und werde sie gerne weiter geben!
Entschieden besser, als stundenlang alleine vergeblich zu "basteln".

Einrichtung eine NUCi5, Behebung von Drucker- und Garmin-Installationsproblemen.
Herr Gudermann hat kompetent und zügig und mit hilfreichen Tipps meine Probleme bei der Einrichtung eine neuen PC behoben ebenso wie ein später auftretendes Druckerproblem. Zusätzlich ließ sich mein altes Garmin Outdoornavi unter Win10 nicht aktualisieren noch mit der üblichen Software starten. Auch hier fand er eine praktikable Lösung, die mir die weitere Nutzung des ehemals teueren Navigationsgerätes ermöglicht hat. Ich bin wirklich sehr dankbar und zufrieden für diese Unterstützung und kann sie nur weiter empfehlen.
