Synchronisationsproblem ICloud for Windows <> Outlook gelöst
Durch ein Office-Update funtkionierte die Synchronisation meiner ICloud Kalenderdaten mit meinem Outlook Kalender nicht mehr.
Hr. König von Fa. Expertiger hat das Problem schnell und sicher eingegrenzt und systematisch behoben. Der veranschlagte Zeitrahmen wurde sogar unterschritten.
Mit der kompetenten Unterstützung bin ich sehr zufrieden und würde den Service jederzeit gern wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schnelle Hilfe, leider vergeblich
Herr "XXX" hat effizent geholfen, aber leider wurde das Problem nicht beseitigt. Ich konnte mein Filesharing-Programm nicht mehr gebrauchen, da die Server nicht mehr geladen werden konnten. Er vermutete, zu Recht, dass bei dem letzte Windows-Update etwas schief gelaufen war. Da das letze Update schon zu lange zurücklag, leitete er ein Zurücksetzen von Windows ein.

Danach waren mit Schwierigkeiten die Server wieder zu benutzen, ich hatte ein LowID und ich konnte immer noch nicht uploaden, aus welchen Gründen auch immer. Das Download funktionierte.
Ich habe mich entschieden die Fritz-Box 6490 wieder zurückzuschicken und wieder die Arris-Box zu nutzen, denn wenn ich nicht Emule nutzen kan, brauche ich nicht die schnelle Leitung.

PC-Überprüfung
Mein PC wurde immer langsamer. Da habe ich mich an Expertiger erinnert, denn dieses Unternehmen hat mir schon früher geholfen, den PC wieder flott zu machen und ist wesentlich billiger wie ein Servicevetrag mit der Fa.Panne (Name geändert). Ich zahle nur Kosten, wenn sie anfallen nicht im Voraus auch wenn keine Leistung erforderlich wird. Bei Expertiger G.m.b.H habe ich es mit Leuten zu tun die ich nach meiner Meinung gut verstehe.
Die Leute in diesem Fall "Herr Christian Beer" ist ein angenehmer Ansprechpartner.
Dies ist auch der Grund, dass ich bei weiterem Bedarf mich an Expertiger wenden werde.
