Grauer Bildschirm, nicht mehr funktionsfähig
Wie die Überschrift zeigt, ich konnte meinen Laptop nicht mehr benutzen und sah mich schon bei irgendeinem Service in Umgebung mit hohen Kosten oder sogar einen neuen Laptop kaufen. Dementsprechend hatte ich keine hohe Erwartung an expertiger und machte mir keine große Hoffnung. Hilfe bekam ich von Herrn Dehmel, der mir sehr ausführlich die einzelnen Schritte erklärte und sich um die Fehlerbehebung bemühte. Was soll ich sagen? Es hat funktioniert, mein Laptop ist wieder funktionsfähig!! Vielen vielen Dank an Herrn Dehmel und ein ganz großes Lob für die tolle Betreuung! Ich werde das Unternehmen definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Fehlerbehebung und Wartung
Über einen angeblichen Service Provider hatte ich auf meinem Laptop einen Trojaner erhalten, der das System teilweise lahmlegte. Auf meine Anfrage bei Expertiger erhielt ich sehr schnell umfassende und sehr kompetente Hilfe. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit konnte das Problem gelöst und dabei weitere Anpassungen vorgenommen werden, die mir das Arbeiten mit dem Laptop wieder erleichtern. Und das zu einem kostengünstigen Preis. Danke, macht weiter so.

Schneller und prima Service
Ich hatte Probleme mit meinen PC, der Drucker hatte sich ohne Grund off-line gestellt und ich bekam es nicht mehr in Gang. Durch die schnelle und professionelle Hilfe wurde das Problem "ruck zuck" behoben. Ich wurde freundlich und kompetent betreut. Vielen Dank!

Was die "Experten" des Telekom-IT-Service in stundenlangen Bemühungen, Telefonkonferenz (mit widersprüchlichen Aussagen) nicht hinbekamen, Hat der Expertiger Großmann in nicht einmal einer Stunde repariert. Keine Hotline, keine Warteschleifen, dafür Kompetenz.
