Umfassendes Sortiment, hervorragender Kundenservice
Habe schon oft bei diesem Shop bestellt und bisher ausschließlich positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Der Versand erfolgte immer sehr schnell, falls doch mal ein Problem auftritt, reagiert das FantasyWelt-Team schnell und zeichnet sich durch freundliche Kommunikation aus.

Meine Rückfrage nach der Bestellung wurde sofort beantwortet, die Versandkonditionen auch direkt wie gewünscht geändert und eine zusätzliche Paypaltransaktion eingerichtet. Das alles über blitzschnelle Email-Kommunikation bei nettem Umgangston:

Schnell, freundlich, zuverlässig
Spätestens am zweiten Tag nach der Bestellung war bisher immer das Paket da, wenn nicht sogar am ersten. Dazu ist FW unschlagbar günstig und wenn ganz selten dann doch mal ein seltener Fehler passiert, ist der Support großartig.

Toller Shop für Tabletop, Rollenspiel und vieles mehr. Die Preise sind klasse, durchzogen von attraktiven Angeboten. Sonderwünsche oder Probleme mit Produkten werden vom Service schnell bearbeitet, Bestellungen oft noch am selben Tag verschickt. Wirklich erstklassig.

Riesen Auswahl, schnelle Lieferung, netter Kontakt
Ich bestelle schon seit einiger Zeit immer wieder bei Fantasywelt.de und bin nach wie vor schwer begeistert. Wenn die Ware lieferbar ist, wird sehr schnell und sicher versandt. Bei auftretenden Fragen oder Problemen ist der Kontakt sehr schnell erreichbar und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Immer wieder gerne
Mal wieder muss ich den Service loben. Der E-Mail Kontakt geht schnell und ist immer nett. Der Shop gibt sich auch sehr flexibel und entgegen kommend. Da kann sich manch einer noch eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Ich bestelle immer wieder gerne. Es geht schnell und ist auch noch günstig. Für mich perfekt!
