Teppich-Läufer auf Maß
Habe den Läufer als Geschenk für meine Mutter gekauft. Meine Mutter ist sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität ist super. Ein sehr schöner Läufer.

sehr gutes Produkt
Die bestellte Bodenschutzmatte wurde schnell und in guter Qualität geliefert.Da wir Teppichboden im Arbeitszimmer haben benötigten wir eine Matte mit Noppen.Das hat sich auf jeden Fall bewährt.Die Matte rutscht nicht hin und her ,wenn der Schreibtischstuhl bewegt wird.Die Matte liegt schön flach und wölbt sich nicht,nachdem wir sie einen Tag voll mit schweren Gegenständen beschwert haben.
Diese Matte kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Winkelstufenkantenprofil 35x30 von 900 bis 1340 mm, vorgebohrt. Champagner Farbe. Super Optik, Sehr sehr günstig, normale Lieferzeit, sehr gut verpackt.
Nette Kommunikation. Sehr empfehlenswert. Bei Bedarf gerne wieder.

Mieser Kontakt
Ware war in Ordnung, wenn auch die letzten beiden Lieferungen nicht mehr passgenau mit der Ware der ersten Lieferung waren (gleiche Ware).
Service und Kontakt aber absolut unterirdisch. Hier ist 1 Stern noch zuviel !!!
Firma ist telefonisch nie erreichbar, man wird nach kurzer Zeit aus der Warteschleife geworfen.
Per E-Mail habe ich nur ausweichende und unzureichende Antworten erhalten.
Die erste Bestellung über € 220,-- wurde ordnungsgemäß ausgeliefert und von mir bezahlt.
Bei der 2. Bestellung (€ 25,--) und der 3. Bestellung ( € 48,--) bestand man plötzlich auf Vorkasse.
Auf Nachfrage teilte man mir per mail mit, dass dies nichts mit mir zu tun hätte und die Aufträge könnten auch storniert werden. (???). Absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ! Werde nicht mehr dort kaufen !

Hallo,
war mit dem Einkauf sehr zufrieden
besonders weil ich bestellt hatte und die nochmal geändert habe das hat alles reibungslos geklappt
ohne Probleme.
Artikel kam pünktlich und ohne Beschädigung
der Artikel war so wie beschrieben

auch der Service bei Nachfrage über den Artikel lief super es wurde nicht einfach abgewimmelt
sondern man setzte sich ein Fragen zu beantworten


Eine Sache gibt's negatives aber betrifft nicht die Bestellung sondern der telefonische Service

da durchzukommen ist fast nicht möglich die Telefonummer 0621- 405 465 90 ist immer belegt
