Bestellung Tee und Schokolade
Schnelle Lieferung und unkomplizierte Abwicklung, eigentlich sehr gut. Leider war die Schokolade "verformt" möglicherweise ein Transportschaden. Ja man kann sie noch essen, aber nicht mehr verschenken. Leider habe ich auf meine "Reklamation" keine Antwort erhalten. Schade.
Habe nach 3 Tagen doch eine Antwort erhalten, die Schokolade sei wohl eine der letzten aus einem Karton gewesen und diese sähen nach aufgrund der Lagerung dann immer so aus. Ich sollte aber bitte Verständnis dafür haben, Zitat " dass wir keinen Schokoladengeradebieger beschäftigen wollen und können."
Selbstverständlich habe ich dafür Verständnis, da würde die Schokolade ja teurer werden wenn sie einen "Schokoladengeradebieger" beschäftigen wollen. Der Schokolade war es offenbar zu warm, sie ist angeschmolzen und verformt, günstiger wäre es die Ware einfach richtig zu lagern.
Eine dumme polemische Antwort löst keine Probleme.
Qualität ist eben auch, einen Fehler zu erkennen, einzugestehen und zu beseitigen. Noch einfacher ist es wenn man sich an die eignen Vorgaben hält. In der Produktbeschreibung steht es, kühl und trocken lagern, eigentlich nicht schwer.
14.12. ich habe die Schokolade probiert, durch die zu warme Lagerung hat sie deutlich an Qualität verloren, ist mürbe und brüchig. Da bleibt dann 1 Stern, eigentlich aber 0, ich streiche den Laden aus meiner Favoritenliste, brauche ich nicht.
