Absolut schlecht !!!
Bestellung eines seriellen Adapters (HP 800/600/400 G3 serieller/PS/2 Adapter (1VD82AA)) am 2.10.2020 und sofortige Zahlung mittels Payal.

Am 7.10. erhielt ich das Geld kommentarlos zurück.

Auf telefonische Nachfrage am selben Tag, erklärte man mir, dass das bestellte Teil am Lager wäre und könne keine Angaben dazu machen, weshalb das Geld erstattet worden sei. Mehr könne man zu dem Zeitpunkt aber nicht sagen und man würde sich per Mail nach einer intensiven Prüfung des Vorgangs wieder melden.

Einen Tag später kam die E-Mail mit der Begründung, dass das Teil doch nicht am Lager wäre (obwohl der "gute Mann" am Telefon sich extra noch über den Lagerbestand erkundigt hatte) und es lägen "Fehlinformationen" des Lieferanten vor, da man das Teil derzeit nicht beschaffen könne. Zudem würde die betreffende Internetseite (https://www.hd-toner.de/Technik/Netzteil-Adapter/HP-800-600-400-G3-serieller-PS-2-Adapter-1VD82AA.html) "in Kürze auch aus unserem Shop bis auf weiteres verschwinden".

Komisch, selbst heute, am 20.10.2020 ist die Seite noch immer im Netz und der Artikel wird als "sofort lieferbar" beschrieben. Und weshalb beim Telefonat die Aussage: "Ja, ist Lagerware" und einen Tag später ist die Ware doch nicht lagermäßig vorhanden.

Es kann nur ein ganz schlecht geführter "Laden" sein, bei dem die linke Hand nicht weiß, was die rechte gerade macht. Dazu kommt die geradezu als übel zu bezeichnende Datenpflege über die im Lager noch vorhandenen Güter.
