Perfekter Kundendienst
Die Lieferung kam sehr schnell - Als ich nach ca. 2 Wochen eine Farbpatrone einsetzen wollte, funktionierte dies nicht bei meinem Epsondrucker - ein Anruf und ich erhielt sofort zwei neue Patronen - kostenfrei und wieder sehr schnell - so stellt man sich Kundendienst vor! Vielen Dank nochmal und dann bis zum nächsten Mal - beste Grüße H.Schu.

Ware vom Drucker nicht angenommen
Nach Kontaktaufnahme habe ich die Tipps vom Service bei beiden Patronen ausgeführt. Danach um Erstattung mit Rücksendung gebeten weil es immer noch nicht ging obwohl sie mit meinem Drucker kompatibel sein sollten. Die Antwort war Retoure möglich wenn die Ware original verschweisst ist. Als ob ich nach deren Tipps die Druckerpatronen wieder "original" verschweissen könnte ohne das es Jemand merkt. Ganz schlechter Witz und Service. Nie wieder. 30 € weg.

Mangelhafte Qualität
Ich habe Anfg. Dezember 2019 1 Set Toner (2x) plus 1 Trommel gekauft, der Preis war echt gut. In der Zeit von 12.2019 bis April 20 (5 Monate) habe ich ca. 1.000 Blatt DIN A4 Papier bedruckt. Seit rund 200 - 250 Seiten wird die Qualität immer schlechter, d. h. er druckt nicht schwarz sonder eher lichtgrau. Extrem schlimm kommt diese bescheidene Qualität bei Bildern durch, die ich hier und da mit ausdrucke. Da ist "billig" leider nicht zum Erfolg gekommen, dann doch lieber etwas mehr zahlen, aber dafür eine vernünftige Qualität bekommen.

Ich werde mir bei meinem alten Lieferanten eine neue Trommel sowie einen Toner bestellen (rd. 120 EUR), aber ich habe wieder ein gescheites Druckbild.

Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell.
Wir haben jetzt erst unsere schwarze Patrone austauschen müssen.
Zur Zeit verwenden wir die alternativ HP Patrone 300xl.

Es gab keine Probleme beim Austausch und auch nicht beim Drucken.
Wir sind zufrieden und werden Sie weiter empfehlen und auch wieder bei ihnen bestellen.
