Gut das ich mit der Bewertung gewartet habe bis die Patrone eingesetzt wurde.
Ein Drucktest hat ergeben das Magenta nicht funktioniert oder gefüllt wurde.
20€ für eine defekte Patrone, daß ist böse. Eine Originalpatrone ist da günstiger.
Sie sollten ihre Ware prüfen bevor Sie den Kunden defekte Patronen verkaufen.
Ein Stern ist dafür noch zu viel.
Mein Urteil also: Hände weg und nie wieder. Jetzt bin ich nur noch auf den
Service gespannt, ob ich mein Geld oder eine neue Patrone bekomme.
Auf erneute Anfrage bekam ich eine Ersatzpatrone, die aber auch nicht
funktionierte. Der Drucker meldet sie als defekt, andere Patronen werden aber erkannt.
Zuvor wurde meine Antwort-eMails vergessen abzuschicken und meine Rücklieferung wurden angeblich nicht erhalten obwohl die Bestätigung der Deutschen Post vorliegt. Dafür habe ich die Ware zusätzlich für 3,30€ versichert. In der der Firma fehlt wohl der Überblick. Der Schriftverkehr von gefühlten zehn eMails sagt alles. Der Albtraum hat nun ein Ende. Ich habe mein Geld zurück und das ist positiv. Ansonsten gibt es keinen Grund, meine Beurteilung zu ändern.
