TN-2000 für HL-2030
Nach langer Pause wollte ich mit meinem alten brother Drucker HL-2030 drucken. Da sich nichts tat war ich mir sicher dass mein alter Toner ausgetrocknet - oder leer ist.
Nach langen Suchen im Internet fand ich Trensco, die einen passenden Toner in einem passend Gehäuse hatten. Ich bestellte also den TN-2000. Er kam auch postwendend gut verpackt und heil an. - Und es tat sich wieder nichts !
Da ich nicht wusste woran es lag, holte ich mir Hilfe um die Ursache festzustellen. Leider stellte sich dabei heraus, dass mein schöner brother Drucker HL-2030 kaputt ist, so dass ich den Toner gar nicht verwenden kann.
Ich bestellte also einen neuen ähnlichen brother Drucker, in der Hoffnung dass der neue Toner da auch funktioniert. - Leider passte nun mein neuer Toner nicht! ...
Ich erklärte Trensco die Sachlage und bat den TN-2000 zurück zu nehmen.
Und die Trensco GmbH nahm ihn sofort zurück - und überwies den schon bezahlten Betrag.
Das finde ich sehr entgegenkommend und ich bedanke mich hiermit dafür ganz herzlich.

Prompte Lieferung
Eine von mir beanstandete Kartusche wurde sofort neu geliefert. Möglicherweise in Abhängigkeit zum Drucker scheint mir die Qualität der Tinte nicht so effektiv wie bei einer Originalkartusche d.h. ich kann nur im sog. "alltäglichen Druck" ein gutes Druckbild erzeugen während ich sonst auch im "sparsamen Druck" zufrieden war. Dafür ist aber der Preis unschlagbar.

Gute Qualität
So gut wie die originalen Tonerkartuschen, aber deutlich günstiger sind die Kartuschen von HD-Toner.
Das alles bei einer unproblematischen Abwicklung gegen Rechnung. Toll. Gerne wieder.

Hochwertige Qualitätspatronen
Ich kann keine Unterschiede zu den Originalpatronen erkennen - nur das diese erheblich günstiger sind. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder bei HD-Toner einkaufen.
