Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und problemlos. Die Folien waren sauber verpackt. Zunächst fehlte eine Gebrauchsanleitung. Diese wurde auf Nachfrage allerdings recht zügig per Mail nachgesendet. Der Kundenservice ist insgesamt sehr entgegenkommend. Bei der Übertragung der Transferfolie bei großen Motiven bleibt teilweise ein kleiner Restbestand zurück auf den Folien, so dass die Farben auf dem T-Shirt an manchen Stellen schwächer wirken und teilweise eher ein used-Look entsteht...( (längeres Bügeln und stärkerer Druck haben daran nichts geändert) Wer damit keine Probleme hat für den ist diese Folie gut geeignet. Kleinere ca. 5cm große Motive gingen ohne Probleme von der Folie ab. Für alle Nutzer, die auch keine Anleitung haben: Druckt das gewünschte Motiv gespiegelt mit einem Tintenstrahldrucker aus, lasst es kurz trocknen, heizt das Bügeleisen auf maximale Temperatur vor und bügelt das Motiv mit der Bildseite nach unten auf das T-Shirt. Am besten legt ihr etwas Pappe zwischen das Shirt oder eure Textilien, damit es nicht auf die andere Seite durchdrückt. Achtet beim Auflegen darauf, dass keine Fusseln oder Falten auf dem Shirt sind. Übt mit dem Bügeleisen starken Druck mit beiden Händen aus. Ich habe Shirts gestaltet für einen Junggesellinnenabschied einer Freundin. Für den einmaligen Gebrauch war es von der Qualität her okay. Waschgang nach dem Tragen habe ich noch nicht getestet - daher kann ich keine Aussage treffen, wie langlebig das Motiv sein wird.

schnell und unkompliziert
Haben einen Multipack bestellt, der sehr schnell geliefert wurde.
Leider befand sich darin eine falsche Patrone. Nach einem Anruf sagte man uns," bitte entsorgen und eine neue geht heute noch raus". Diese kam dann auch zwei Tage später an.
