Kauf einer Eigentumswohnung
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Abwicklung des Kaufes. Sehr professionell, freundlich, jede Frage wurde uns beantwortet, angefragte Unterlagen wurden uns zeitnahe zugestellt, wir konnten uns die Wohnung mehrmals anschauen und bis zum Schluss stand uns die Maklerin zur Klärung jeglicher Fragen zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank!

Sehr unzufrieden
Als Käufer hat normalerweise das recht den Notar zu wählen- wir haben der Maklerin vertraut und gingen zu ihrem wunschnotar.

Sie war hinterher noch sauer warum es länger gedauert hat.

Da ihr notar und sie nur Sachen gegen den Käufer in den Notarvertrag geschrieben haben. Und dazu hat sie keine Ahnung vom immobilienRecht vorallem was Inventar angeht. In jedem Fall sollte man Sie und ihren Notar nochmal schulen!!!!!

3 Anwälte haben ins das bestätigt.

Nicht empfehlenswert an alle aus dem Raum koblenz.

Prima Berater mit Sachverstand
